Mossdaily ("we") is a pre-launch brand based in Henderson, Nevada, USA. This page explains what we collect when you use mossdaily.com and join the founding list.
What we collect
- What you give us: your email address, the gummy you want us to make first, and your consent to be emailed.
- How you arrived: the page version you saw (A or B) and the campaign tags in the link you used (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content).
- Page counts: an anonymous visit count per page version. It stores no cookie, no IP address and no identifier.
- Technical data: to block abuse, our server briefly handles your IP address and keeps a one-way scrambled form of it with your signup. We do not keep the IP address itself.
We do not use advertising cookies or ad trackers on this site. Our content delivery provider, Cloudflare, serves the site and may collect aggregate, cookie-free traffic and performance statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics). The site stores one item in your browser (the page version) so you see the same version when you return.
How we use it
- To email you when Mossdaily launches, and with occasional updates before then.
- To decide which gummy to make first and how to improve this page.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who handles it for us
Cloudflare (content delivery and security), our web host and our own customer management system, both operated by us or our service providers under contract, store signups and send us notifications. They may use the data only to provide those services.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time by writing to [email protected] or using the link in any email we send.
- Ask us to see, correct or delete your information at the same address. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, and for no more than 24 months after the last time we emailed you.
Children
This site is not for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
