Refunds Policy

Once you have received your order, please inspect it and be sure to contact us within 24 hours if it is wrong or if there is any damage to it. Please send any photographs or other relevant information to info@mossdaily.com so that we can do our best to resolve this matter.

Due to the perishable nature of most of our products, we cannot accept any returns on our items.

We reserve the right to issue refunds. All refunds will be assessed on an individual basis and we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, payment will be returned to the original payment method within 3-5 working days.

Delivery and/or courier charges are non-refundable.
